Pro Golf Tour - Best result for Sasha Wortelboer

While Robert Foley was the best Swiss player, coming in 2nd place in the tournament behind French player Mathieu Decottignies Lafon, the best pro in our colours was his club colleague and new Swiss PGA member Sasha Wortelboer, who played his third tournament of the season on the Pro Golf Tour. His 6th place in Egypt is by far his best result so far. He was particularly quick to step up a gear in the final round: he started on hole 10 and was still at +1 on the turn. With five birdies and four par on the back nine, he signed a 68-shots card.
Added to the first two rounds (70 and 73), his total score is five shots under par. Overall Sasha Wortelboer was satisfied: "My game was solid this week, and I can see that it is moving in the right direction."
