Championnat Suisse Centrale

The Championnat Suisse Centrale was hosted by GC Markgräflerland/Kandern. The Swiss PGA was represented by a number of Swiss PGA Pros. First-round leader Loris Schüpbach (A) was strongly challenged by two Swiss PGA playing professionals - Jean-Luc Burnier, Yann Pfeiffer and Philippe Weppernig. Burnier played 6 (!) Birdies on the front nine, finishing with an excellent 65 (-7). Ultimately, this gave the French-speaking Swiss PGA Pro a two strokes lead over his colleague Yann Pfeiffer. Philippe Weppernig followed on third place with a total of -8 completing the good overall Swiss PGA performance.
