With the 66-round round to the start, Andrea Gurini was still in the lead as the best pro. In the end, however, the amateurs continued to compete in Ascona. Thanks to a spectacular final round of 64, Alessandro Noseda (269) rolled the field from behind. Noseda, a native from Ticino studying in the US, closed the final round with two birdies overshooting Robert Foley (271). Jérémy Friborghaus (Domat / Ems) finished T3 together with Swiss PGA playing member Andrea Gurini (273).
